Method of doing Baddha Konasana:

First, sit on the ground and now straighten your legs, now slowly bend your knees and bring the soles of both the feet together, you touch both the soles of your feet and hold the feet tightly with the palms of your hands. Now take the knees of both the feet up and down. Repeat this process over and over again keeping in mind that your knees should not touch the ground. Now bend your back forward, but keep in mind that the head does not touch the ground, tilt your body according to your ability. After some time, keep the hands on the ground and straighten the legs and come to your earlier position. You can do this asana over and over again.

Benefits of doing Baddha Konasana:
