  • A printer set to factory default needs a reconnection to the network. It will mark the connection as Active, and the network will be BJNPSETUP. 

5. Reset the Printer:

  • Disconnect the power cable and turn off the printer.
  • Remove the data cable from the printer.
  • Let the printer be in an idle state for 10 minutes.
  • Connect your printer’s data cable again.
  • Don’t employ a surge protector to connect the power cable to the wall outlet. Give a direct connection from the power outlet.
  • Turn on the printer by switching the power button to the on position.
  • Try to have a print.

6. Reinstall the Printer:

  • Open Run by pressing the Windows Key + R.
  • Type control in the prompt window. 
  • A click on the OK button will open the control panel screen.
  • Give Click on Programs, and afterward, select Programs and Features.
  • Select the Canon Printer name and click uninstall.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions.
  • Give a reset to the printer. 
  • Reinstall the printer.

7. Restart Wi-Fi Network:
